Every system we supply includes training time to allow your team to use your new system to its full capacity. Our team of experienced IT trainers work with you to guide and improve your processes, as well as giving your users the confidence and ability to carry out their roles efficiently. Training can also be delivered independently of a system upgrade, either in person or online using Web Conferencing.


Our support desk is available Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm, with an experienced team of staff offering assistance with all of our products and services. We are proud of our response times and a recent survey showed 80% of our customers received a support response within an hour - 17% within ten minutes! Our support desk is based in the UK and we do not employ outside call centre agencies.
