With the recent outbreak of Covid-19 the testimonial from Michelle Bull today was really appreciated, it shows how Soft options can perform training & consultancy remotely without compromise to performance and quality.

“We have been using BEST for a number of years and since installing version 14 we have been able to use the system to help with going paper light.

As the service has progressed we have adapted the system to meet the needs of the team and the wider data requirements requested by the Trust.

Recently we worked with Dave at Soft Options and added a pressure Care section to the clinical entry of a client’s record with a view to collating specific data for a pilot, this was completed via a remote Web Ex session, reducing the time pressures on staff and making the “BEST” use of the time available to us.
We have first class support from the Soft Options team and look forward to working with them on any new developments in the future.”
