Whilst on site Kelly worked with Nikky to see how the minimum data set is looking now they are just using BEST as their sole patient system…so far so good!! The site also managed their first successful import to ROOT.
David was on site for 2 days at Bolton Wheelchair Service for the second phase of training which included a full process review and working through specific process scenarios with each individual user. This run through proved extremely useful and should hopefully ensure a smooth Go Live.
Mike is on site today at Birmingham to go through order processes for quotes, meet with the approved repairer to discuss stock updates and progress the BEST RiO link.
