Mike Birdsall attended the Rookwood site to perform the SQL Upgrade Go Live.  

V14 Upgrade for Central London specialised Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) service. Kelly visited Vincent Square Lodon to attend the first Implementation & Planning day.

Bolton upgrading their 9 users system to BEST V14. Kelly and David are looking forward to meeting the team on the 12th September 2019.

We are looking forward to working with the CASEE Team in Addenbrookes Hospital.

David was on site Tuesday and Wednesday this week to deliver some final training before taking Stockport live with V14.

ACE Centre went live this week with their BEST V14 upgrade. Kelly was in Oldham at the North site and Ryan in Oxford at their South site supporting users with some last-minute training, go-live support and then a morning of hand-holding to assist with any problems they may have encountered.

East Berkshire Wheelchair Service are receiving yet more training on BEST V14 in the lead up to their upgrade from BEST V12. David was on site Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week to finalise the training and take NRS live with V14. Reports from the site post go-live suggest that it was very successful and the team there are getting on well with their new system.
