David was on site Tuesday and Wednesday this week to deliver some final training before taking Stockport live with V14.
09/05/19 – ACE Centre Go Live with BEST V14
ACE Centre went live this week with their BEST V14 upgrade. Kelly was in Oldham at the North site and Ryan in Oxford at their South site supporting users with some last-minute training, go-live support and then a morning of hand-holding to assist with any problems they may have encountered.

03/05/19 – NRS Hull Go Live on V14
David was on site Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week to finalise the training and take NRS live with V14. Reports from the site post go-live suggest that it was very successful and the team there are getting on well with their new system.

15/04/19 – David is in Hull training NRS on V14
NRS are upgrading to BEST V14 and David P has gone along to Hull today to kick off their training.
04/04/19 – Kelly and Ryan have an ACE day!
Kelly and Ryan went across to ACE Centre North. Ryan was delivering the second training session to the North team and Kelly spent the day with Jack looking at the Minimum Data Set reports. It would seem the training went down well judging by the hand-made birthday card!
06/03/19 – Visit to Stockport for V14 bar code processing
Dave went to site to help bar code enable the warehouse for batch stock movements using wireless hand held scanners.
