15/04/19 – David is in Hull training NRS on V14
NRS are upgrading to BEST V14 and David P has gone along to Hull today to kick off their training.
04/04/19 – Kelly and Ryan have an ACE day!
Kelly and Ryan went across to ACE Centre North. Ryan was delivering the second training session to the North team and Kelly spent the day with Jack looking at the Minimum Data Set reports. It would seem the training went down well judging by the hand-made birthday card!
06/03/19 – Visit to Stockport for V14 bar code processing
Dave went to site to help bar code enable the warehouse for batch stock movements using wireless hand held scanners.
28/02/19 – Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust place BEST V14 Order
Pennine Care have placed their order to upgrade their 10 user V10 system to BEST V14. They have chosen to utilize the IMF and bar code scanning features.
22/02/19 – NRS Ireland have placed an order for V14
NRS Ireland have placed an order to upgrade their current BEST system to V14. One of us will be taking a flight over to County Down at some point in the near future.
21/02/19 – Ross Care ACD in Leeds
Mike & Dave carried out the Annual Consultancy day (ACD), changed including processing efficiencies and forward planning as well as a number of output changes and discussions for upgrades and web based access for professionals and service users.
18/02/19 – David P went along to York to carry out some training
David went up to York for the day to train key users on both V14 and our change control system, SOS, as part of their upgrade project.
13/02/19 – Shropshire Wheelchair Service – ACD
Dave carried out the Annual Consultancy Day (ACD) @ Shropshire Wheelchair service, items carried out including letter and report changes as well as delivering a Business Intelligence Workshop.
05/02/19 – Implementation Meeting @ Stockport Wheelchair Service
Stockport have began the upgrade process to V14. Dave and David went along to kick things off and had a very productive day with the team getting the ball rolling.
