BEST was launched at Inspire – Greenwich Wheelchair Service based in Sidcup at the beginning of February this year.
The staff and management have been working with Soft Options for some time to implement BEST for the service. The actual Go-Live saw Becky Simcock from Soft Options on site to assist the staff with getting used to their new normal.
Both Gemma Micallef and Rani Govindasami worked hard to ensure a smooth transition onto the new system, meaning as little disruption as possible was caused to their patients. BEST has been generally well received and appears to be working well to serve the service.
