This week, David Potter our lead trainer was on site at The Bristol Centre for Enablement to deliver the first block of on-site Super User training.
The training sessions were delivered to a maximum of four people to ensure full social distancing measures were adhered to at all times.
During the sessions users covered a wide range of training subjects including, general system overview, introduction to clinical processes and configuring user preferences. Although many of the team at Bristol were already familiar with BEST v14 due to their extensive testing over recent weeks the training sessions were greatly received by all delegates as it helped to highlight new features of v14 and fill knowledge gaps whilst also confirming users are on the right track to becoming efficient with the latest version of BEST.
David is back in Bristol next week to deliver the second block of Super User training. More to follow…
