David was back on site for the week to deliver the second set of Super User Training at The Bristol Centre for Enablement. All Services were included in these sessions, with training delivered to just under 40 delegates throughout the week!
As you can see the training room was set up to adhere to BCE’s social distancing regulations, with masks worn and hands sanitized if David was ever required to approach individual workstations.
The were some complex process reviews and discussions had between the BCE staff and our lead trainer over the course of the week to ensure the end users get the BEST out of V14 once they Go Live with the system in November – This is a natural part of any V14 upgrade. We would expect current processes to be reviewed to ensure users take full advantage of the available upgraded system functionality.
