Mike and David are on site today at The Bristol Centre for Enablement for the Dummy Go Live.
Dummy Go Live days are an invaluable part of the BEST installation process and are usually held up to a month before Go Live with the purpose of ensuring the system and the service end-users are ready as any outstanding training and system requirements can be resolved and tested in advance of the system officially going live.
Having a software developer and trainer available for Dummy Go Live meant that David was able to floor walk giving the users at Bristol the opportunity to ask questions and re-run through specific training scenario’s, whilst Mike was able to action any development requests straight away. Users said they found the day very useful as it gave them chance to look at the software in a realistic setting.
Given current restrictions social distancing safety protocols were adhered to at all times and Mike and David are very much looking forward to returning next month for BEST V14 GO LIVE!
