Mike Birdsall (Soft Options Software Developer) completed the first half of the East Berkshire Wheelchair Service Annual Consultancy Day which had been scheduled before the Covid-19 outbreak.
After the Service had supplied a comprehensive agenda and details of how they would like to use their ACD, we decided to split the work over two half days. Splitting the day enabled Mike to do some of the more urgent work before going back to site with further questions.
This has proved to be a very efficient way of working during these trying times – Phone, WebEx and Secure Remote Access combining to make it all possible. Of course, we’d rather be on site and look forward to seeing all our customers in person as soon as this is all over.
