One of our developers, Mike, has spent the week in Cardiff working on one of our largest systems. With over 150 users, this bespoke version of BEST is used by all the NHS Wheelchair Services in Wales, as well as other disablement services.
While he was there, amongst other things, Mike worked on the Electronic Assistive Technology Module to give this growing Service easier and more comprehensive reporting against new Welsh Government targets. He also started the ball rolling on installing Intelligent Mobile Forms (IMF), which the Services intend to use for everything from speeding up referral processing to giving access to complex assessment forms when off site.
