Together with Safehand Consulting Ltd we have undertaken a formal and structured clinical risk assessment of the Bringing Equipment Services Together (BEST) Version 14.26 pursuant to compliance with England and Wales Safety Standard DCB 0129.
There are three deliverables available as per the requirement of the Standard:
1. Clinical Risk Management Plan (“the Plan”)
2. Hazard Log
3. Clinical Safety Case Report (“the Safety Case”)
