Mike heads to Belfast to meet Ivan and his team to begin discussions and start planning for their upgrade to BEST V14
Mike was on site at Cardiff for 3 days development work.
David and Mark head down to Cambridge to carryout 3 days training with some of the sites key users.
Kelly is on site to deliver another days training in preparation for Go Live at the end of September.
The team from Pennine are at our premises in Halifax today to go through their process mapping document with Kelly and David.
Order received for 10 user single site installation of BEST V14. The team at Soft Options are looking forward to getting Newcastle into the BEST way of thinking!

Dave Rolph went to visit the Communication aids Service East of England (CASEE) for their first Implementation & Planning Meeting for the new V14 Installation.
Kelly attended site for the start of V14 upgrade training with the Assistive Communication Service team.
Dave heads to Pennine Care for their first day of project planning where he will be discussing the V14 upgrade project responsibilities, defining project goals and finalizing all training and Go Live dates.
