Whilst on site Kelly worked with Nikky to see how the minimum data set is looking now they are just using BEST as their sole patient system…so far so good!! The site also managed their first successful import to ROOT.

David was on site for 2 days at Bolton Wheelchair Service for the second phase of training which included a full process review and working through specific process scenarios with each individual user. This run through proved extremely useful and should hopefully ensure a smooth Go Live.

Mike is on site today at Birmingham to go through order processes for quotes, meet with the approved repairer to discuss stock updates and progress the BEST RiO link.

David is on site for 2 days training at Bolton. As this is their first block of V14 training David will be covering system basics and administrator functions. He will be back on site for the next training session Mid December.

Dave and David are on site today to take Pennine Care live with their new BEST V14 system.  Liz will also be joining David tomorrow to finalise outputs and ensure all users are confident with the system.

Dave and Kelly are on hand to support Go Live of BEST V14 with the team at Cambridge University Hospital.

With less than a month before Go Live David is on site to run through some final V14 system checks with the key users.

Kelly has been working closely with the team at The Central London Assisted Communication Service since June as is now on site for 2 days for the Go Live of their BEST V14 system.

David is on site at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust for 3 days of system training.  Over the next few days he will be taking users through the V14 system, refining their processes and optimizing BEST to suit their needs ahead of Go Live.
