Dave is on site at Nottingham today to kick off their V14 project and begin process mapping to identify data processes, output and development requirements and schedule all key project dates including training and Go Live.
After a successful week completing the basic training and in preparation for the Dummy Go Live scheduled for the beginning of March, these next couple of days are all about delivering targeted training with specific users working through their daily tasks.
David is back on site this week for 2 days to complete the basic overview training for all staff. By the end of this visit we will then be in a position to begin the targeted training where David will work closely with users and their specific tasks.

Whilst on site Kelly worked with Nikky to see how the minimum data set is looking now they are just using BEST as their sole patient system…so far so good!! The site also managed their first successful import to ROOT.
David was on site for 2 days at Bolton Wheelchair Service for the second phase of training which included a full process review and working through specific process scenarios with each individual user. This run through proved extremely useful and should hopefully ensure a smooth Go Live.
Mike is on site today at Birmingham to go through order processes for quotes, meet with the approved repairer to discuss stock updates and progress the BEST RiO link.
