Kelly and David have crossed the border to Bolton to kick off their V14 Upgrade Project. Today they will work with the Service to outline project responsibilities, system and training requirements and schedule Go Live and training dates.
The BAB Team visited our premises in Halifax to conduct a 2 day process-based audit, focussing on significant aspects, risks and objectives as required by BS EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017. Soft Options are pleased to announce that our ISO27001 registration has been approved for certification for a further 12-months.
Kelly headed to The University of Leeds to attend this years Communication Matters Conference – the mini chocolate pots went down a treat!!
Upgrade from V10 to V14 for 8 users. Wolverhampton have chosen a number of our additional options including: IMF, DBS Trace & Purchase training.
Nottingham placed their order to upgrade their 19 user system to BEST V14. In addition they have chosen to utilise IMF (Intelligent Mobile Forms).
The team at Addenbrooks received their last block of training before Dave and Kelly head down for the Go Live next month.
Mike visited ALAC to carry out further development work.
After a successful Go Live Mike spent an additional day with the team at East Berkshire Wheelchair Service looking at some further V14 development enhancements.
With Go Live less than a month away David is on site for some final end user training with the team at Addenbrooks.
Mike heads to Belfast to meet Ivan and his team to begin discussions and start planning for their upgrade to BEST V14
